Eligibility Criteria for BHEL Recruitment 2021

Age Limit
For both engineer and supervisors the upper age limit is set to 34 years as on 1st September 2021.

Educational Qualification

Dual degree program in engineering technology in civil engineering from a recognised Indian university/institute with minimum 60% marks in aggregate for General/OBC/EWS candidates and 50% marks in aggregate for SC/ST candidates.
For Supervisors:
Applying candidates must possess a full time Diploma degree from recognised Indian university/institute with minimum 60% marks in aggregate for General/OBC/EWS candidates and 50% marks in aggregate for SC/ST candidates.
BHEL Recruitment Online Application Fees
As application or processing fee candidates have to pay a non-refundable Rs. 200 (Rupees two hundred) through SBI collect or by means of demand draft drawn in favour of BHEL, PSER payable at Kolkata.

- Register within 24th September, 2021.

- Find “BHEL PSER needs experienced Engineers and Supervisors in Civil discipline on Fixed Tenure Appointment basis” and click on it.

BHEL Recruitment 2021 Salary & Pay Scale
Selected candidates will get a salary package like this-
For Engineers
Salary per month: INR 71,040; in addition with salary reimbursement for
premium paid for Mediclaim Policy upto Rs. 2 Lakhs for Self, Spouse, and dependent family members.
For Supervisors
Salary per month: INR 39,670; in addition with salary reimbursement for
premium paid for Mediclaim Policy upto Rs. 2 Lakhs for Self, Spouse, and dependent family members.
BHEL Varti 2021 Selection Process
After completion of applications eligible candidates will be called and invited for personality test or interview.
Amount of candidates shortlisting for interview shall be done according to merit in the ratio of 1:10. And this will be done on the basis of Marks / CGPA obtained in the relevant qualification of Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, as applicable.
